Derrick and Sonya McCollum are the founders of The Marriage Menders, LLC & are Licensed Clinical Social Workers specializing in Marriage & Family counseling. They have been practicing together for 24 years and their practice, which is located outside of Atlanta, consists of providing office, telephonic and video conference counseling to families, individuals. married and unmarrried couples throughout the United States & abroad.

The McCollums teach the importance of mental wellness within their practice and the connection this has to having healthy relationships within our marriages, families and our community.  They are also the authors of “Unlocking The Mysteries of Marriage”, a published book which they wrote to help married couples and singles understand the plan that God truly has for His children and to share in a very transparent way how through their many marital challenges they became stronger as individuals and as a married couple. Their transparency is also visualized on their YouTube channel segment on called “Can We Talk”.
